Medical Evaluation

Hair loss can be triggered by several different things, whether it is a life event or the normal aging process we have several treatment options that can help restore your hair growth and give you fuller, thicker and healthier hair!

Your journey typically begins with a medical visit to determine what type of hair loss you are experiencing and to set up a specific treatment plan based on your needs. Often labwork will be ordered at this visit as well as discussing if prescription therapy is appropriate.

Combining at home topical therapy along with in office procedures, we can help you work towards your desired outcome of fuller, thicker and healthier hair.

Types of Hairloss

Chronic Hairloss

This type of hair loss is caused by an imbalance of hormones or androgens in the body during the normal aging process. Inmen, this type of hair loss usually begins above the temples, and the receding hairline eventually forms a characteristic "M" shape. The hair at the top of the head also thins, followed by increasing diffuse hair loss radiating from the top of the head. In female pattern hair loss, thinning starts around the part in the hair, progresses to a widening of the part and increased thinning around it, with a see-through area at the top of the scalp in worst cases.

Sudden Hairloss

This type of hair loss can be associated with high stress levels and trauma. Increased shedding (known as Telogen effluvium) can occur when significant stress can push large numbers of hair follicles into a resting phase. Within a few months, affected hairs might fall out suddenly when simply combing or washing your hair.

Hairloss Kit

Our 3 step home system provides potent antioxidant protection to help prevent hormonal and oxidative stress-induced aging of the hair follicle. Helping nourish and support a more normal and healthy state of reduced inflammation while prolonging the anagen growth phase of the hair follicles and reducing overall hair shedding.

PRP Hairloss Treatment

PRPTherapy for Hairloss is an in office procedure to stimulate Hair regeneration using your bodies own natural Platelet Rich Plasma. PRP injections introduce new cells on the scalp to keep the follicles healthy. This allows follicles to continue nourishing strands, making them grow longer and thicker. Research shows that this treatment also can improve the ability of follicles to grow more strands. We recommend a series of 3-6 treatments, on average scheduled every 4 weeks.
